The Adobe Facilities Branding lead requested a mural installation for the company's new 100 Hooper office in San Francisco. I commissioned 2018 Creative Resident Nadine Kolodziey, who was developing her portfolio of exploratory "drawings", to do a piece in the North Building's collaboration space.
To reflect the intention of the space, I focused her work on themes of exploration, teamwork, and building a new future in technology.

Installed Canvas Panels
Originally, we intended to have Nadine install vinyl clings to the concrete, but the facilities management team was concerned that janitorial would need to be specially trained to keep the work in pristine condition. So, we decided to go with more traditional canvas print panels.

Chalk Window Drawings
To accommodate Nadine's off-the-page, "undrawn" drawings, I secured permission for her to create an ephemeral part of the work: chalk on the 3 window banks of the collaboration space.
People in the space could literally see themselves reflected in the story she created, as well as to a world beyond.
